Common questions.

Is Tandom a fit for a company like mine?

We work with mid-market manufacturers in Brazil, roughly 30 to 500 employees, that buy inputs to produce: auto parts, machinery and equipment, metals, plastics and rubber, chemicals, electronics. You don't need to be importing already. We don't serve B2C, retail, or exchange-traded commodities such as grains. If you're not sure, just ask us.

What does it cost?

The sourcing project is free and carries no commitment. Tandom is only paid if you decide to operate with us, and that's agreed up front, case by case.

Do I need a foreign trade team?

No. That's the point: Tandom runs the whole journey, from sourcing to your dock. Your team decides (spec, supplier, qualification, order) and we execute the rest. If you already have a team, take only the steps you're missing.

I don't need sourcing. Can you handle just the import operations or the financing?

Yes. Sourcing, operations and financing are modular: if you already know who to buy from, we run the import (classification, licences, FX, logistics, customs clearance) and structure the payment, without touching your supplier.

Are you a software product or a trading company?

We're your supply chain operations partner, not one more piece of software for your team to run. The technology is ours and sits underneath; what you get is the operation executed, with visibility at every step.

How do you verify a supplier is a real factory?

We cross-check the company registry, customs history, who already buys from them and how often those buyers reorder. Then comes an on-site factory audit by a third-party inspector and a sample tested against your specification.

What happens to my data?

Specs, prices and suppliers are yours and never circulate to other clients. Personal data is handled under Brazil's LGPD and described in the Privacy Policy.
